What Our Partners Say

Landsec

Landsec has been a multi-year partner of DLN's Access Futures programme, embedding their employees as mentors and opening their workplaces to young people from marginalised backgrounds. Their commitment to social mobility and inclusive talent development has helped transform the trajectories of hundreds of young people across the UK.

"

It has been an incredibly positive and unique way for our staff to develop their leadership skills, enhance their inclusive behaviours and gain different perspectives by working with and learning from young people from diverse backgrounds. Many mentors commented that they felt as if they were being mentored, not the other way around. The impact on everyone involved has been profound.

Our Partnership with Landsec

Our partnership with Landsec has increased young people's industry awareness and leadership skills since 2015, working collaboratively with local schools.

In 2023, we entered into a three-year partnership delivering the Access Futures Mentoring Programme to support their mission to help individuals from underrepresented socio-economic backgrounds gain sustainable employment. For almost a decade, our collaboration has spanned the boroughs of Westminster, Southwark and Wandsworth to boost diversity in the real estate industry.

The principles of this partnership are directly transferable to any sector where building long-term and diverse talent pipelines is a key strategic priority.
