We exist for young people like you, aged 16 to 24. Whether you are in college or university or just starting out in your career, we are here to give you the leadership and professional edge needed to secure work experience, an apprenticeship or get ahead in your first professional role.
In the last 12 months, our young people have facilitated a workshop for civil servants at the Department for Education, been mentored by inspiring professionals in real estate, influenced the decisions of industry-respected investors, evaluated the pitches of real entrepreneurs, taken on leadership roles and been offered apprenticeships at some top firms.
