Part 1: Meet the Mentors and Brand Awareness
Workplace visit and tour to meet the mentors and understand the power of mentoring and speed networking.
Brand Awareness videos to showcase and deepen understanding of the organisation and industry.

Part 2 : Mentoring Sessions and Masterclasses
Topics are tailored to meet the mentees' needs and align with the mentor's expertise. Resources are provided to support various topics.
Industry and leadership masterclasses to develop industry-specific and transferable skills.

Workplace visit to celebrate the end of the programme and to set post-programme goals.

How it Works
Choose
You select the age group(s) and demographic you wish to work with and your preferred location.
Partner
We source and partner you with a local school and tailor the programme to meet your social value outcomes.
Mentor
DLN will support you with the delivery of the programme(s) and provide you with a youth mentor support buddy.
